He has recently given an interview to Entertainment Tonight to promote his new film “Don’t Worry Darling” starring himself, Harry Styles, Florence Pugh, Gemma Chan, Olivia Wilde. Pine expressed heaps of appreciation for his costars and hyped them for their professionalism.
He also has pretty nice words to say about Florence Pugh and said that she is an extraordinary actress and expressed his wish to meet her parents because he reckons that they have raised her so well that they should have been teaching seminars.
Then, he went on to talk about his co-star Harry Styles and said that he couldn’t be more graceful and kinder on the set. He found him to be cool as well as professional- a definite rarity. He added that life is short, and he reckons he has been blessed with so many blissful opportunities to create art with people with whom he loves working.
“Don’t Worry Darling” is a thriller flick that explores the life of a housewife (played by Florence Pugh), who begins to question the nature of her utopian reality. Pine added that the cinematography of the movie is wonderful, and the story is compelling, dark, and a little complicated (something fans truly love these days). Pine thinks that fans would love the funny part of the film as well.
Pine also shared that he had a wonderful experience while being on set. According to him, the shooting went well as there was a good creative atmosphere all around. He also praised the director of the film Olivia Wilde who he thinks has an absolute clarity with what she wants from herself and from everybody.
Meanwhile, Chris Pine will also be seen as Steve Trevor in the Patty Jenkins directorial venture “Wonder Woman 1984,” starring Gal Gadot in the titular role. The film was released in over 30 countries on December the 18th. It will be released on December the 25th in the United States in the theaters and on HBO Max.
